Welcome to Shielded Hearts

We are so glad that you have found us.  We hope that we can be an encouragement to you as you navigate life as a woman in your Law Enforcement Officer's Life.  

 

We currently have just over 160 members, all police wives and girlfriends, representing several departments throughout the metro Milwaukee area.  As we embark on this journey together, hopefully we can learn what it truly means to be women with Shielded Hearts.

 

There are many ways for you to get involved with Shielded Hearts, to encourage each other, learn how to live a better police family life, and serve the officers in the metro Milwaukee area.

Shielded Hearts' Round Up


Help provide a little comfort to a child who has been abused or going into foster care.  Give them something to call their own during such a scary time.

 

Our first year we collected more than 2,000 animals.  Last year more than 5,000.  We wanted to expand this year's efforts to help children with more essential needs, such as sock, sweaters and new toys, to make sure they are not only warm, but happy this holiday season.
